John R. Malenich, Jr. has served as our Firm's Paralegal since its inception. John has nearly twenty-five years experience as a paralegal, and over twenty years experience as a paralegal in Construction, Real Estate, and HOA Law and Litigation.  John served as the Senior Paralegal and Business Manager of a Boulder, Colorado construction and real estate law firm for six years prior to joining our Firm.  John also previous served as Paralegal to a Senior Tax Attorney, handling complex IRS and State tax matters.   

John graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from San Diego State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in English Literature and U.S. History from the State University of New York, College at Cortland.  John previously has worked as an instructor of university-level writing, rhetoric and composition classes.  John is the author of several published works in the field of Modern Irish Literature and continues to work as a freelance writer, consultant and photographer.  John is involved all facets of our Firm's operations, from paralegal and litigation-support tasks, which utilize his extensive background in writing, to administrative management of the Firm's business operations.  John was born and raised in Johnson City, New York, where he worked closely in all aspects of his family's plumbing and heating business, from construction work in the field, to bidding and business management.
