Jessica H. Miller formed The Law Firm of Jessica H. Miller, LLC in 2007 to provide her clients with superior legal representation and counsel and exceptional personal attention. Jessica employs a client-centric approach to her legal representation that integrates all aspects of a client’s situation to the legal issues at hand, utilizing practical solutions combined with legal expertise to accomplish her client’s objectives. Jessica acts as both a strong advocate for her clients’ legal rights, and as a practical negotiator, who carefully explores opportunities to achieve a settlement-based resolution if that approach can more quickly or cost-effectively achieve a client’s goals and needs.

Prior to her formation of The Law Firm of Jessica H. Miller, LLC, Jessica was a partner in a Boulder, Colorado construction and real estate law firm, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, and construction law, litigation and appeals. Jessica is a member of the Bar of the State of Colorado and the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Jessica is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder Bar Association.

Jessica received her law degree from the University of Colorado, School of Law in 2004—ranked within the top tier of U.S. law schools. Upon her graduation from law school, Jessica served as a judicial clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court in the Chambers of the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg, Senior Associate Justice. During law school, Jessica was a member of the University of Colorado Law Review, served as a Research Assistant for Professor James N. Corbridge, Jr., was a member of the University of Colorado School of Law's Jessup Moot Court Competition Team, served as a law clerk for a Boulder construction law firm, acted as a Student Attorney with the University of Colorado School of Law Legal Aid and Defender Program, and served as President of the University of Colorado School of Law's Women's Law Caucus.

Jessica also previously served as a Legal Fellow with the Riverkeeper organization through the Pace University Law School's Environmental Litigation Clinic, working on environmental litigation protecting the Hudson River. Jessica also completed the University of St. Mary's Institute of World Legal Affairs in Innsbruck, Austria. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, graduating magna cum laude from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and participated in the Williams College-Mystic Seaport Maritime Studies Program in Mystic, Connecticut. Jessica also served as an intern for Justice Bernard Malone of the Albany Supreme Court. Jessica hails from Plattsburgh, New York, and now resides in Boulder, Colorado.
